De.Gaveto arises from a combination of desires: the desire to develop a
own project, combined with the desire to design a new professional path.
From the knowledge acquired over the years in large companies in the construction
sector, we intend to bring innovation to a traditional sector of activity, aiming to create
value for clients, based on technical competence, efficiency and proximity, applied
through out all stages of the service development process.

Professional with 30 years of experience in the Construction Business. With a solid career made in the most prestigious construction companies nationally and internationally. Has performed transversal roles in the construction Sector, from Production to Commercial and Technical areas. She has also performed relevant Senior Management roles, including Managing Director. With a track record of successful projects both technically and financially, she is an apologist for leadership for example, having the essential characteristics for the successful development of any project / business.
Professional with 20 years of experience in Business Law, with a solid background in Construction Companies. She has assumed duties in the Legal Department and subsequently has integrated the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Group in wich she has worked for in the past few years. She has also a consolidated experience in National and International Markets. With skills on Contract Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, she has the necessary competence to ensure that the projects / businesses are structured respecting the legal framework in force.
